Shipping Countries
Currently, we are shipping to a handful of countries, however, we may be able to ship to more. Please get in touch if you can’t find your country on our checkout page. We will try to add it in a tick! We are in the process of organising logistics in a way that allows us to ship to many more countries and we will update you as soon as this is implemented.

About Shipping
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging.
All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
The manufacturer (if not sent form our facilities) and shipping partners process the orders and may take an additional 1-3 days.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 7 – 21 Business Days for delivery.  (Order processing time not included)
Please note that 7-21 Day deliveries are an estimation and that it may take longer than this depending on where you live or if it’s a busy time of the year.
Keep in mind, delays may occur due to the customs process. All delivery dates provided by the postal service are estimates, not guarantees.

Order Tracking
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. This should contain a tracking number which can be followed on our tracking page or in your account. If you do not receive one, please email us on  hello@cuboli.com

Changes Request
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment.

For all of our Standard Delivery Services please note:
1. The shipping times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays.
2. The delivery times shown are from the date of dispatch. 
3. Large orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. 
4. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.
5. We cannot send to PO BOXES,  APO/FPO – please ensure a street address is supplied.

Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.
