Where do I find my tracking number? 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will have received an email with the number and a link to this page. 

You can also find it on the order page when you Login to “My account” 

Shipping Information

Shipping Time: 7-21 Business Days

Tracking: We will send you an email once your order leaves our distribution centre. This should contain a tracking number, you can follow your parcel on our tracking page or in your account. If you do not receive one, please email us.

Countries Serviced: Currently, we are shipping to a handful of countries, however, we may be able to ship to more. Please get in touch if you can’t find your country on our checkout page. hello@cuboli.com We will try to add it in a tick! We are in the process of organising logistics in a way that allows us to ship to many more countries and we will update you as soon as this is implemented.
